Advice for Year 12 applying to university
General: Posted 20-7-14 Deadline - No Deadline
I received this advice which is relevant to all students applying to UAC, scholarships, early entry etc: Please encourage students to set up a personal email address (if they don’t already have one) for everything University related – and not to use their school email. They tend to forget at the end of the year, when they are no longer at school, that they have used the school address and some never end up receiving their early entry offer via email. So please take some time to set this up with gmail or yahoo or Hotmai. Also use a plain sensible name which reflects well on your college or scholarship application ie not sexxyprincess52.
